Very patient, took the time to understand my needs and questions and answered them in great detail. No pushing or rush to sign the contract just a very comfortable and reassuring experience. After my house was rented she took the time to explain each and every feature on the portal and the owner statement to ensure I understood everything perfectly. Michelle was great as well, she kept in touch with me while my house was being made rental ready, always responded to my questions in a detailed and clear manner and got the property rented quickly and in line with their policies.
