I have dealt with Advantage Properties over the last 6 years. They provide a professional and capable service. In particular over the last year or so I have been directly interacting with Fernando Castro who is their maintenance coordinator. His ensures that all service requests are handled in a timely manner using capable service providers, while maintaining effective communications. His performance is outstanding and he takes pride in ensuring the job gets properly done. He is a gem when it comes to customer service.

My experience so far as a renter with APMS has been good. Fernando (5/5) has always gone above and beyond to help us out with maintenance issues around the house - we have rented for years and he is THE BEST staff member I've ever come across. I have had limited experiences with other members of team members has been good not great (3.5/5).
