That’s why APMS provides service guarantees.
Max 8 Hour Response Time
If you contact us and we don’t respond within 8 business hours, we’ll credit your account $100.
Management Fees Guarantee
If an APMS-approved resident doesn’t pay rent, then you don’t pay APMS a management fee until the resident pays.
Pet Damage Protection
If an APMS-approved pet damages your property and the repair cost is not covered by the security deposit, we will provide skilled labor from RPMC to repair the damage at no charge. Limits vary between management plans.
Minimum 12 Month Tenant Tenancy
We guarantee that any APMS-approved resident will remain in your property for at least 12 months. If they do not, we’ll replace them and waive the leasing fee.
100% Satisfaction
If you’re not fully satisfied with our service, you can cancel anytime.
We just ask that you give us thirty days notice to ensure a smooth transition. Certain conditions apply. Please contact us for more information.
28-Day Tenant Placement
If we can’t find a resident to sign a lease within 28 days, we will waive your first month of management fees. Certain conditions apply. Please contact us for more information.
Eviction Protection
If we must evict a resident for non-payment of rent, we will cover the cost of filing the eviction and waive all management fees until rent is collected. If we do not recover rent, then no management fees are due.
Property Damage Protection
If an APMS-approved resident damages your property and the repair cost is not covered by the security deposit, APMS will provide skilled labor from RPMC to repair the damage at no charge.
