My man Fernando is the best. I recently had issue with our heater. The first thing he asked me is if we had other sources of heat If not he will arrange for something right away. I really appreciate that he follows up on everything and he is eager to resolve any issues to make sure we have all the facilities running. It is always a pleasure to interact with. I very much appreciate that any issue I have in my apartment or on the property is dealt with in a very timely manner. It is also great that the complex is quiet. It seems that there is a concerted effort to secure tenants who will be respectful.

In general, the customer / tenant support is great. We are treated very well and most of our requests are handled in a timely manner. One thing that we've not had a great experience with is with the tenant costs for most of the maintenance repairs. For example, we had an issue with a clogged kitchen sink and it was a relatively easier fix for the service professional. It took about 30-45 mins in total to fix the issue and we got charged an exorbitant $320 for it. That was a bummer considering over time and usage kitchen sink clogs are expected and it would be an easy fix in most cases. I understand the tenant responsibility here for the charges but I'm pretty sure $320 is way too high for unclogging a kitchen sink. Communication with HOA related announcements and notices are done very well and well ahead of time. Advantage has been very good to work with and we would highly recommend advantage to other folks for property / tenant management. - Vikas

I moved into my new home today and I Just have to say the vibe Harrison brought was so warm and welcoming. I appreciate him showing me the house throughly and even the mailbox location. To get to my garage was confusing because it’s located behind a street compared to straight access. Harrison directed me properly and didn’t leave me feeling confused instead I felt confident coming in. I’m writing this review because I want to let anyone know if you’re working with Harrison, you’re working with a wonderful person who goes above and beyond.
